LogWork allows you to invite a new employee to your Team. You can easily send invitations to your employees and monitor their working time.

STEP 1

Find the Team section on the sidebar.

STEP 2

Fill in the form with your employee’s email. Click on the Invite button. Then, your employee will receive an invitation via the email you have indicated.

STEP 3

The new employee will be placed below. By clicking on the employee’s name, a new box appears. In this box, you can see the User status (e.g., pending), meaning that the invitation is awaiting acceptance. You can resend the invitation if your employee has not received the invitation.

Your employee will receive an invitation to join your team via the indicated email.

If your employee has accepted the invitation, the User status will indicate that the employee is active.

STEP 4

The Individual settings box discloses individual information about a particular employee. You can change the employee’s name here, as well.

STEP 5

If you select to edit the Default tracking settings, you can see the Workspace name. You can Allow adding offline time and select the Currency for wage payment. Don’t forget to click on Save.

STEP 6

LogWork also allows you to see detailed information about a particular employee status in the Dashboard section. You can resend the invitation from here, too. If the invitation has been accepted, you will see a grey clock (meaning that the employee is not working at a particular moment) or a green one (meaning that the employee is working at a particular moment). The dashboard also displays how much time your employees have worked today, yesterday, this week, and this month.

STEP 7

In the Reports section, you can view all the gathered information related to a particular employee (e.g., the period of working, project name, client). You can also search through the task names by entering the keywords.

STEP 8

Your employees must select the workspace of the employer (you) if they work for your company. In such a way, they start tracking the time for your company.
