STEP 1

Firstly, choose the workspace (“Tracking for”) when you want to generate reports. In the Reports section, LogWork provides 7 types of Reports. When you click on it, a box opens. You can see how easy to filter the reports are. You can choose the period of time of the reports you want to generate. You can generate reports and filter out them by employee, client, and project. Additionally, you can add the keyword indicated in the task note by your employee and view the reports based on this keyword.

STEP 2

Below the box where you can filter out the reports, you can find a timeline. It indicates the Total time your employees have worked during the period of time you have indicated in the Date field and the timezone. If you choose to display the total time your employees worked during a month, the timeline will present a bar graph of the time worked daily.

On the right side, you can find 2 buttons that allow you to download the reports in both Excel and PDF formats.

STEP 3

Below the timeline, you can see the Client Report. Its table displays the time worked and spent on specific clients. The pie chart presents the worked time in percentage.

Below the Client Report, you can see the Project Report. Its table displays the time worked and spent on certain projects. The pie chart presents the worked time in percentage.

STEP 5

In case you have many employees, you can see the time each employee has worked in the Employee Report. Its table displays the time worked by the employees you select. The pie chart presents the worked time in percentage. For instance, you can see who worked more.

The Task Note Report is placed below the Employee Report. Its table presents the time spent on each task. The pie chart provides you with data in percentage on how much time each performed task required. So, you understand which one was the most challenging.

STEP 7

The Application Report below the Task Note Report displays the apps your employee used while working. Its table presents the time spent in each app. The pie chart provides you with data in percentage on time spent by your employees in each app. You can see which app dominates.

STEP 8
The Web Report is placed below the Application Report. The table presents the time spent on each website. The pie chart provides you with data in percentage on time spent by your employees on each website. In such a way, you can see which websites your employees entered and the time spent on each of them.

STEP 9

Last but not least, the Timesheet Report offers valuable insights into employee performance. The data is sorted by date, start-end periods, employee, client, and project.
