STEP 1
If your employees’ time trackers aren't working, this means that there is an issue with the selected Workspace. Your employees must choose your company in the select box “Tracking for”. This means that your team member is working for your company.

STEP 2
All their tracked time will appear in your team dashboard. You will also be able to see the reports based on that information. You can select the employee and see the related data.
